I discovered window films when considering privacy for the front rooms of my bungalow. I chose Manchester Window Film company as they were local , had excellent reviews and were so very helpful on my initial telephone enquiry. The work was beautifully done. I was a bit concerned over a few immediate streak marks but was rightly informed they should be left alone.The next day all the windows were looking great. I had wondered if one room had needed a darker film but was advised to wait and see. Indeed, the choice of film grade suggested was perfect. So delighted with the privacy (and the work), I called at a neighbour's bungalow to recommend window film by Manchester Window Film....if that isn't recommendation - what is?!

In His Own Words; DO NOT touch this company they do an inferior job for a high price much more expensive than the others but I chose this company as they give you a 10 year guarantee. There are 3 large bubbles right in the middle of the window that I can clearly see even on a wet day.when I reported it less than 24 hours later I was told by the office manager Brooke that I had pressed the bubbles (which I 100% have not) and that they won't be repairing or refunding. AVOID AT ALL COST next step it's to contact my bank and pursue is small claims court if necessary.

As far as helpfulness and speed of free visit, consultation and quote, Manchester Windows are right up there, thank you.
Conservatory 'oven' solar filmed yesterday, 12 July 2023, so have yet to really be able to judge properly the difference in the decrease in heat in the room in the summer months (and obviously helping to keep heat in during winter), but am very hopeful!
It looks great and the chaps were very hardworking and professional.
So fingers crossed on warmer weather coming back again and being able to use the lovely conservatory without it being a sauna!

We bought a new house with a great south facing garden, after a week we realised that the back rooms were incredibly hot upstairs. I also wanted to place a desk in the bay window area for the views but the heat and the sun glare just made it impossible without the curtains drawn. I looked at options and a heat/glare control window film felt the best route. Found Manchester Window Film through google, looked at reviews and their work and couldn't have been happier with the service. They were really responsive, super quick to come and measure up to quote. Showed me all the options for the brief I gave (reduce glare and heat but not add too much mirror or darkness to the window) and we settled on a great option. The work was booked in that day for the following week and the same person who quoted came to fit and was done in an hour. We are super happy with the result, you cannot tell there is anything on the windows if you didn't know and it made the space instantly workable. Would happily and have already recommended Manchester Window Film to friends who are impressed with the work done. I will certainly be coming back for any other spaces we need help with.
