The Problem

Our Solution
Use a Low Emissivity window film that would address all the issues with one window film. Stop 99% of Ultra Violet rays entering, radiate over 69% of the homes internal heating back in to the rooms and reject 66% of solar energy passing through from the sun.
The Window Film We Used
Low Emissivity Silver 50 Solar Control was installed internally to all the rear windows as this home was south facing so received the sun for long periods. This would drastically reduce any future fading, save on heating costs and would make the inside of the house feel more comfortable when the sun was shining, complete with a 10 year manufacturers warranty, it gave complete peace of mind that this was a good investment.
